Ingredients

  • Baby Corn (husked) 1 ½ cups
  • Baby Carrots 1 ½ cups
  • Sugar or Honey 1 teaspoon
  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Parsley dried 1 teaspoon

Method

Bring water to a boil. Add carrots along with sweetener and salt. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add baby corn and parsley, cook for additional 5 minutes; add more water if necessary. Serves 4 as a side dish.
